At Ancient Greek Sandals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your sandals are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the sandals in their original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our workshop.
